Marketing Research: Starbucks Presentation Slides

For my Marketing Research course at Texas A&M University, I worked with a team to complete a comprehensive research project that included both qualitative and quantitative methods. We chose to focus our study on Starbucks and how the brand communicates with college students through social media. Over the semester, we conducted secondary research, facilitated a focus group, and designed a survey that we distributed and analyzed using Excel and statistical tools. We applied these insights to address our research questions and compiled our findings into a professional report. The project culminated in a final presentation where we delivered data-driven recommendations to improve Starbucks’ marketing strategy targeting the college demographic.
